Green building is not simple development or a not useful project. There are many advantageous and benefit that make it very important and useful nowadays. With considering the development of technology in the world.  And also Increasing knowledge every year that could make the green building more useful than today. The benefits of green building are manifold and many, but we can say that we have main three fronts economic and environmental, social. There are many economic advantageous. First, energy and water saving. The resource efficiency make reductions in operation costs and the money costs that saved can be used for other purposes. Secondly, Increased Property Values. With the increasing of the energy cost and decreasing the operating money and simple maintenance of green buildings make property values higher than before. Third point to consider is decreasing the Infrastructure Strain. Green building has less demand on the local power so the capacity of local infrastructure is bigger. Another benefit to considering is improving the employee Attendance. The natural light control of ventilation control and attributes temperature makes the employs more comfortable and healthier and prevents absences. Also, that makes the employee product more for company because the healthy condition of the building.” Green buildings not only make employees feel physically better, but they can also improve employee morale”. (Bruursema 2012) Another economic benefit is the improvement of the sales. Studies show that better sales in market when they are using the natural light. Looking at some economic benefit there are also some social benefit. Healthier recreation and lifestyles is a key element of sustainable method for keeping the natural environment which afford a lot of recreation and exercise that make the people relax and happy. Also improving the school and their environment is one of the important benefits for the green building. 40% of US schools have poor environmental conditions, the healthier environmental make the student more relax and make them focus more in class. Beside the economic and social advantageous there are some environmental benefits such us, Water conservation. Recycling the waste water and rain for purposes such irrigation and urinal flow can and keep the water save.

 The Pollutants released by fossil fuel is very harmful and change the global clement and causes smog, acid rain all that is very harmful for the health of the human. Green building techniques such as facilitation, solar powering and the delighting rise the energy and decrease harmful emissions. An additional point to consider it the temperature moderation.  The temperature of normal building and urban materials like asphalt and concrete are the main causes of urban heat island. In addition, the green building is low heat from the normal building. There are many example of successful green building project nowadays.
